im really stinking it up these days in the blogging department.

i have a gazillion posts to do.

i think he is the cutest boy.

i have been blessed tremendously with two

healthy, happy, beautiful children.

& a handsome husband.

hopefully i will start blogging

about them more regularly.

than any we leave behind.

friday, friday, friday is my:

its a quiet friday for me.

my mr. mcphee is on his way to lake powell

to photograph a wedding

&

bring home the bacon.

i really appreciate him.

&

the beautiful offspring

he helped me create.

my cup runneth over... with love.

favorite day.

lets talk county fair

isn't it great, that i articulate?

isn't it grand? that you can understand

i don't snort, i don't eep, i don't even squeak or squawk:

mr. mcphee & i set out on a thursday evening

with our two little babes intow

to see the animals & wonderful folks

of the san juan county fair.

i put my germaphobia aside

&

had a wonderful time with my mcphees.

nora was an aboslute joy.

she was also in absolute heaven.

animals have been her "thing" lately

& the county fair did not dissapoint.

bkayl was the best little guy.

he just bejorned & soaked it all in.

$5.00 pony rides.

just what my little tiny would love.

she was super excited while we waited in line.....

but

her nerves got the best of her

&

she opted to pass on the pony ride.

so bkayl happily took her place.

he seemed to love it.

{& obviously so did i, i couldn't stop smiling.}

innocence is bliss.

the three prize turkeys had just gobbled at her

right before this photo.

she about jumped out of her skin.

paul & i laughed.

onto the rabbits...

much more enjoyable than our feathered friends.

my guys admiring all the lights.

we didn't ride any of the carni rides.

nora wasn't too interested.

when she was done looking at the animals she would kindly say,

"bye chickens"

or

"bye sheep"

or

"bye pigs"

or

"bye rabbits"

& that was our que to move on.

the rides worked just the same.

"bye train", "bye slide"...

i'd say that our first mcphee

county fair experience was a success.

but i really love this guy & my offspring,

& they seem to be consuming all of my time lately.

from sea to shining sea

proud to be an American:

we had a wonderful 4th of july weekend.

sunday night {the third} we went to a friends house for a little get together.

{photos on that later}

finished up the night at gram & peeps with family

& the city fireworks.

we are celebrating the 4th with a family hamburger & hotdogque

at granma & greypa's.

a night swim & some illegal fireworks.

sweet monday

i meant what i said and i said what i meant:

this week could be slightly crazier than the last.

i have a horrendously long list of things to do before friday.

but i like a challenge.

especially a challenge that involves cranky children & runny noses.

but,

back to our little utah getaway...

here is our little adventure at the hogle zoo in salty city.

my little tiny mostly ran around with sweet coco.

i love to see my little girl with her cousins. she loves them.

not sure why i didn't get many photos of baby kayl...

poor kid.

you would think that he might be neglected,

but let me assure you,

he is not.

of course we did not think to bring out camera...

so nora's first time to the zoo

was all documented on our handy dandy iphones... oops.

easter bunny

let happy thoughts:

easter morning.

church starts at 9:00 am sharp,

my sweet little tiny doesn't usually rise till around 8 or later.

we had just enough time to take a couple of photos of

nora looking through her new treasures & candy,

&

be about 25 minutes late to our church meeting.

we were running so far behind

that i forgot to even snap a quick shot of the kids

in their adorable easter outfits.

{its a good thing i am good at reenacting special events.}

it rained most of the day anyway,

so the picture perfect photo i was envisioning wouldn't have worked.

thats why later this

week we will have a

little mcphee easter photo session.

multiply like rabbits.

lucky me

some mothers are kissing mothers & some are scolding mothers, but it is love just the same,:

these 3 can make me absolutely crazy sometimes,

but

i would be absolutely miserable without them.

i'm the lucky one.
